    Legs where a little tired but still managed to hang in. Water bottle blew out of my hand at mile 29 and had a heck of a time catching back up to the pace group.

    My first outdoor ride in Michigan this year. Great weather all around and the body held up for the most part. 20 mph speed was maintained until I caught some headwind and started to lose my mojo.

    After the 20 minute run, hopped on the spinner bike for an hour. Used the "performance" setting tonight for the first time.. all I can say is "lactic acid burn"

    All good maintaining a 20 mph pace until I hit the 45 minute marker and the 18 resistance. Fought off the desire to quit and give up and pushed on for the remaining 15.
