Dips- 5x bodyweight with negatives
shoulder shrug/deadlift combo 5x230lb
lunges - 5x105-135lb
leg curls- 4x50-60lb
standing calf raises- 5x95-135lb (lighter than usual)
leg-lifts (front, sides for obliques).
