      ;) well.. I' m not running it like you do.. My pace was more manageable... Still I felt relatively fresh at the end.
      Today legs a a bit sore though..

      Well I definitely can't run 20mi and feel "fresh" lol No wonder your legs were sore after so much downhill and uphill... And your pace was more manageable... but what do you expect with 4500 ft gain and loss? Has to be lol
