Because my recently recovered brother went out and ran sub-7 recently, I decided to push and see if I could throw something back his way. "What would you be if you didn't even try?" -Lyle Lovett (hero to ugly guys everywhere).
Mile 1 - 7:30 (downhill), Mile 2 - 8:30 (uphill), Mile 3(.1) - Holy crap it's humid! (sound of ungreased axles at high speed)
