      Thanks, DB. I just finished my morning beet juice. I need to check my BP to see if there has been any change. I keep forgetting to check that out. BTW - Some foot pain this morning and I tweaked a knee last weekend. Still sore (knee), so I think I might take the weekend off and mend a bit. I will check back in on Monday or Tuesday. Have a great holiday weekend.

      No question, J, heat just sucks the life out of you. Especially unpredictable heat. Way easier to become acclimated in a place like Austin than up there. I remember skipping runs in MN when it was in the 90s. It felt like torture.
