Just didn't have it. First full week of Paleo prolly hurting some. Speed is misleading bc I drafted a lot on the front end. Actually got dropped coming back, and they couldn't have been doing much over 20...oh well. HR good though. @135 M173
PS- anyone have an extra tall seat post I could borrow until my new ride gets in?
