    Strength training at gym. Pretty good. Better than Tuesday. BG went wonky high, though. (70% temp basal starting 1:15 before. 1 gel 0:10 before.)

    Cold water that turned very nice after the warm-up. 400 w/u. 400 @ 7:32. 2x400 @ 3:46, 3:50. 400 @ 8:01. 2x100 @ 1:51, 1:55. Includes 5:00 of rest between sets.
