If you thought Saturday was bad, wait till you ride today, if you get the chance. At least we had sunny skies yesterday. Today is/was gray and gloomy. If it weren't for my guys I would have passed.

    great N.Loop 21.2 mi 01:08 18.7mph pace

Felt real good today. Bret was dragging a little so I stopped at several stops to regroup. So I never really got HR out of control. Some days are just like that. N.Loop is easy CW.

Was supposed to rain today and planned to have shop tweak a few things. No rain. Rode over instead. Just an easy solo ride with a very short sprint at the end chasing the school bus.

Put in 571 in January (and one week had just one day of riding). More than any month in 2011. I think I'm back in the saddle like 2010 (although, not exactly that crazy).
