    Tired, hot and humid run - but love it. Made the most of it. 6 x 10' sprints at full speed at the end.

    Been super sick with a cold (agains) and shoulder injury is a torn labrum. Surgery in January. Easy 1/2 then 3 x 1 mile intervals then 1/2 easy warm down.

    Track day. Easy 1 mile warm up then 8 x 400 with 200 jog. Average 1:37-1:40. Finally I am feeling lighter on my feet 8 weeks post marathon. It's been a journey.
