Man it was cold. I could not feel my face, fingers and toes. My hips were killing me and then my knee started to protest. I think that I pulled a groin muscle. . . .

It was tough. Walking up and down stairs right now is painful. I bit off more than I could chew after not running for 5-6 weeks.

Hoping that you are correct. I haven't been able to get in a grove since Memorial Day. Ran the best 5 of my life and then had an inguinal hernia operation and another operation about a month later. The downtime from both impacted me dramatically.

alright To the Marina & around 6.68 mi 00:57 08:28 pace

Hot in the sun and running against the breeze felt much better than with it. Usually I like the assistance but this time appreciated the cooling off.
