    A much needed Yoga day. Foot still bothering me from Sunday's race. It's feeling better but still no running today.

    Had a great day for the race but it was a bit hot. I went out WAY too fast and it hurt me in the end with the heat. Full review coming soon. Great race.

      Not a bad idea giving the legs a break Jeff...I like to take a day or two off before any race, especially when I have a "heavy legs" run. Go into GLB feeling your best!

    I nice run out at Paint Creek Trail. There was some 5k going on in the area so it was really a busy parking lot. Kind of chilly this morning but great for running.

    Had a nice run out at Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area. I've never been out there before but they have an awesome 10 mile single track loop. Perfect day for it. I'm tired!
