I will be honest that is was so hard to get started this morning. I was very exhausted when the alarm went off. Did sleep in an extra 45 minutes because I felt my body was telling me something & needed a little extra rest but also knew I needed to eventually get up & get this spin done before the kids were up. It was slow moving. Did wake up & energy felt better but this spin was definitely tough. My legs were having a really hard time holding a progressively harder pace after not really having much rest this past week. I think the idea though is to push the legs now before we head out on vacation to CA this Thursday & then taper with just some running here & there while in CA so the legs are rested & ready to go for my Oly Tri on the 11th, 3days after we get back.
