Ended up waiting until evening after husband was home to get this in. Kyra, the birthday girl, has been coming down with a cold all weekend. She was really hacking this morning with watery eyes and runny nose so I did think it was a good idea to take her to Kids Club at the gym while I get my swim in. I really dread waiting until evening because my motivation& energy is lagging but I knew I needed to get this done & that I would feel better after a good swim especially after feeling tired and moody all day from the hard training weekend. And I do feel better now. Sets of 50s and 400s mostly using paddles & pull buoy for building strength/power
