I definitely feel my pull is finally improving & my endurance is building up so my paces are not falling off as much at the end. Left side needs more work. Combination of easy pace, steady effort, and mod hard efforts going from 200s to 50s.


Alright! Yeah, that weak side can never get enough work! Thought I had it down, neglected it for a while and here we go again! :-)
