    Easy swim my choice. Felt kind of lost at first without a workout to follow but ended up with a great set. 200 WU and then did 100s using paddles and alternating 25s easy/mod hard effort.

      Thanks Roz! :) Swimming is my weakness anyway and so need a set workout to follow for me to feel like I am accomplishing anything unless it's an Open water swim

      still an awesome run after the swim and bike. tough day with the heat and the wind - but you still hung in there. all in all I would say it was a great job and will help you be ready for Vineman.

      Um, you ran a half marathon in the heat AFTER a killer swim and bike in brutal wind, and you did it at under a 10mm pace???!!! You are amazing! Congratulations on your AG place!!!
