Yes, allergies can make you that tired!! It's almost the same feeling as a bad upper respiratory infection without the infection. Just drink plenty of fluids to replace whatever is pouring out of your nose and eyes. Gross, I know. And I think you're going to kick some ass tonight. Tell Todd good luck from me!!

Good old 800 wu and 3x(2x200), dispersed throughout the workout, progressively faster. I knew I would feel better about sticking this out, and I did, but boy, 200s are tough.

Have fun at tri zou! Did it last year but can't this year. Roads should be fine because it's rained so much there shouldn't be any oil left on the roads. Don't pump your tubes to full capacity so you can get a better grip. You'll do great!
