I would really like to lose weight and start training to run a 5k. Right now, I am lucky if I can run a whole minute. I could really use all advice and help!

    Did some upper body with the trainer, helped stretch out my back some. I think I am actually starting to make progress and not feel like such a wimp!!

  6. Had to skip the gym today, my back is so sore from my first day back to work yesterday. It really sucks fracturing your back!!! Gotta keep pushing through and staying motivated!
