I had to go with a half size larger but the shoe feels great. Super light, no heel slip, knobby tread that grips and the squishy feeling of a Brooks Pure shoe. Totally recommend the Lone Peak 2.5

Lots of things play a part, it's best to go with the flow and not worry too much about the bad days.

Good call. I am doing core work, squats and lunges in order to build overall strength, but particularly in the legs, heavy on the quads. My ITs hurt after the 10K

Way to go for the squats guys! I love em or should I say love the lunges. Weighted squats hurt my screwed up spine.Lol

I've said it a bunch but nothing gives a better bang for the buck than foam rolling. It sucks because if you do it right it hurts like hell but the results are substantial.

Late March I'm running Oakland for a PR. I gotta hit 8min pace or better to do it. December was my rest month after a huge Oct/ Nov. Now I'm blasting big #'s in Jan/ Feb and then lets see what happens in March.
