Woke up with a cloudy head from such a HIGH from baseball tourney to end the boys 7 month season, wedding, Eric's half, and a concert. just typing that makes me exhausted. Mentally needed to workout, long run overdue. Physically needed my body to feel strong. Used compression sleeve still. This run was, lots of stuff. Set out to to 6.5, stopped myself early. Bring on MONDAY. Ready or not, here it comes.

    Leah, I'm good, I'm good! Thanks for asking! I just want to be able to do a LONG run, and believe its a LoNG run! Signed up for my first half after injury cause I was at nine and convinced. Then had a goofy non workout foot setback that messed up my calf. Just. Want. To. Run. Farther!
