That was fun. Felt effortless and had no expectations of that. Had 2 rest days. Found an overtraining article on one of Leah 's post that I copied and pasted and it resonated a little with me. I am embracing my rest days more and more. Checked in on you all but felt odd not posting. Great blog Steve loved #6. Hope your hip is just a fluke thing Jen R. love your "slow miles" Ken W. and your walk in on your "rest day". ;)
