Girl, I know what you are talking about! It was a tough bike ride for me today. Wish I could still ride in the winter so I wouldn't have to start over! :P

    Such lovely weather today.

  8. RUN
Natchez downtown and city cem... 4 mi

Natchez is in full bloom. Smells delicious and the morning was nice and cool. Legs felt really heavy by the end, but a good effort overall. My man ran with me for the first time in a while.

  9. walk
    alright LLT 2 mi

  10. RUN
    good LLT 3.25 mi

Kind of drippy, and I'm trying to step up my speed a little. Still such a long way to go. Still, thankful to be able to run, however slowly, and really thankful it's springtime!
