    Hilly, but had a nice cool breeze off the water. Well, comparatively cool. Still sweated like a farm hand. Beautiful sunrise, and I was just a little faster. Not much, but seconds count.

      No, Holly. I'm trying to rebuild my base right now. I may do a half in late November, but I'm not committing to any races until I get some miles under my feet again. Still doing run/walk intervals, really want to run long again soon.

      Thanks!! I do feel better, still puzzling over the high BP & migraine. Maybe dehydration, not sure. Just glad I'm finally feeling like myself. It's been a long week.
