    Weather was spectacular, spring is in the air. Felt good on this one, ran most of it, with just a couple walk breaks to fiddle with my iPod. Feeling more like myself than I have in a while.

    Ran more than we walked, trail was beautiful. Weather was a balmy, slightly humid 62 at the start. Yay! Spring may finally be here!!!!

      Spring is here and I am enjoying my tanktops and shorts while running! I don't like being stuffed in a lot of heavy clothing and then have to start stripping down to the second layer in the middle of a run! :P

    Run/walk with my man. Cool and breezy. Went to the cemetery in honor of the Greg Iles novella I just read and his upcoming book in April. Felt pretty good this morning. Anxious to get back to it.

      Uh, yeah! That is why I run too. I just like it. I just feel like it is something I do for me, my growth in the spirit and physical. I use to walk but running has the power to challenge in every area of my life that I have learned to look forward to it, good or bad.
