      Don't worry about speed yet- just practice unclipping a lot. The first time I fell after making the switch was when I got so used to them I just forgot and coasted to a stop and boom, fell over sideways in slow motion.

      Yeah,you have to remind yourself to think ahead when coming up on a stop sign so you unclip one foot in time. If you forget and try to unclip when you need to put your fut on the pavement, that creates a big whoopsie

    Weather wasn't awful, ran this path for the first time. Nothing special, but it's nice when municipalities make special running/cycling paths to keep you out of traffic.

    Jackson Rd to Epley and back. Humidity was so high that when I got home my husband asked me if I got rained on. I did manage to dodge the thunderstorms, though.
