Wanted a long run today, so continued to run after the race. Wasn't exactly sure how to get more distance without re-running the whole 10k, so I feel successful in finding a shorter route. Realized that it was quite steep when I passed bicyclists going up some of the hills. Not a normal accomplishment for me. This run puts me at the most running miles ever for one week and I'll hit 1,000 running miles for the year this week. Yea!
