    Much better than yesterday. Went out for 1st 2 miles @ sub 8's but couldn't quite hold it for next 2. Still was much better and finished w/8:27 average.

    Not my favorite run today. Hip flexor was tight most of the time, and I just can't seem to get the cardio back into shape. Hoping for a better workout tomorrow.

    My change of pace: ran 4 to the gym, took my pilates reformer class, and ran 4+ back to my truck. Felt pretty darn good all the while-even though Liza made us do jumps in class!

    Felt so good to run in cooler temps. Run wasn't fast, but leg is feeling stronger all the time. Definitely can't complain!

      Rick, I'll be on Michigan with the Kidd-o next weekend. Hoping to get back with everyone very soon. Also, broke down and got a puppy, so I've naturally been the one doing the housetraining!
