impressive! i dont understand why that machine is so much more of a workout than a regular stepper, but indeed there's no comparison. killer pace you have. not sure what mine is (i'm only tracking distance), but I'm sure it isn't that fast.

I have trouble with my abs cramping from time to time and I can't figure it out. My pain is not like yours. It's one side that hurts deep in the muscle but it's not side stitches.
