    Normal spin. Been working up sweats though where I'm dripping. Could be that its just 80 degrees and humid, but still.

      yes, yes they are. I have soooo been lacking any motivation right now. the bf is leaving in t-2 weeks for 2 mos so working out on both our parts has become very limited. :/
