Got out late afternoon. Between the 7 day hiatus and the humidity, I ended up walking most of the way. Hopefully I'll feel more up to the task tomorrow.

  15. RUN
    good Cigna Elliot 5K 3.1 mi 00:39 12:32 pace

  16. RUN
blah Run United 5K 3.1 mi

Lesson learned the hard way: never give blood the day before a race. I just crashed after mile 1 and walked most of the way from there. The humidity didnt help either.

    good Canterbury Woodchuck 5K 3.1 mi 00:37 12:00 pace

The first two miles went well, but the last mile is always a challenge, especially on the humidity, but it's all good, because I have 5Ks the next two Thursdays.

  18. RUN
good Super Humid evening 3.1 mi 00:37 12:05 pace

I've got a 5K Saturday morning, and I think that this was a good training run. Not sure if I'll get out tomorrow, but I'm glad I got this in!
