    Did about a half hour of strength training, including weights, plus a 60 second plank, 2 X 30 clamshells on each side, 3 X 10 bridges, and 3 x 10 squats. Already feeling stronger!

      I always think the Nike app and watch are off my Garmin. A gps watch is your best bet.

      I am going to try the Strava app on the same route and see if it makes a difference.
