      I always think the Nike app and watch are off my Garmin. A gps watch is your best bet.

    First run with my new headlamp. Works better than the one I had, but running at night on an uneven surface is still a challenge either way.

    I think I need a better headlamp. Hard to go too fast when you can't see in front of you. Any suggestions?

      I use a Petzl. But you can also get some pretty cheap at Lowes by energizer which aren't too bad if you buy the highest lumens.
