    I committed to doing 6 minutes of yoga everyday for 30 days. Just give me a place to start with no high expectations.

  4. Have been sick for two weeks. I hope to start yoga again on Wednesday. Thank goodness for antibiotics!

    Left hip tight, so I had to walk after a few minutes of jogging. Yoga to stretch/strengthen afterward.
