    Mark H. put together a fun ride. Big group. Some of our team went 80 miles. Lots of IM training going on amongst us. Butt hurts a little now, ha

    Good run with Ted M. and Russell B. I joined Ted for his 20min HM interval in the middle of this which ended up at 7:10-7:18 pace. It felt good

    Fast humid ride with 28 people. Avg 25+mph to the church then fought wind on the way back. Overall avg 20.7 mph. Fun morning

    Nice run with Greg G. and John N. We did the EC bike loop. Garmin died so not sure about exact distance and pace but it was fun

    No Garmin so no #s. But Greg G. set the pace and we pretty much hammered to the church and back. Peppy ride, and at last count 36 riders in attendance

      A hammer fest it was! My average pace from the time we hit RTR was 24.08 MPH. Thank goodness for the pace line. Great ride and a large group.
