    Meh. Lunch time run/walk. Overcast but humid and windy on the way back. Left inner leg near shin/calf (between the two) still tight.

    Easy after work run with Schuyler B. nothing fancy just getting 4.5 miles in before this weekend's longer 11-mile run. Lower legs felt heavy...nothing new there.

    We walked both bridges and then to the Farmers Riverside Arts Market. Felt great except for the top of the Acosta bridge when right toe starting hurting for a few, thankfully that stopped!
