Recovery run with the boys. We got a big meet tmr against a rival school. Pretty stoked. Going to try to PR finally and hopefully not give up mentally in my races.

    Good luck bro. Giving up is like the worst. I've been doing it since sophomore xc. The one time I didn't do since then, I ran the best race of my life. So, I'm hopeful for tomorrow. If I'm lucky JJ will run 3k so I can get some quality competition and a shot at sub 10, but I'll be happy with sub 1030.

    Good luck to you too man. I gotta just nut-up or shut-up. Me and Aaron are pretty much the only good 800 meter runners on the team so we gotta represent and be role models for all the jv people. No more quitting and no more excuses from this point forward
