I've hear really great things about HIIT training. I need to give it a shot.

I really like it. It's pretty much what weight lifters have been doing for eons. Work hard, take a break. Work hard again. Now the aerobic folks slow their movements enough to not kill anyone, allow heart beats to calm down, and then pick them back up. So runners run fast for a bit, then slow it down, then pick it back up. Fartliken at its finest!
