    This was the last and hardest of our Crossfit Korea workouts. We 4 sets of a bunch of crazy exercises. Most involved using some big rocks we found. I was pretty darn sore after this workout.

    Casey and I did some CrossFit type exercises. Things like pushups, crunches and sprints up one monster of a hill! All at 5:30 in the morning and in 20 degree weather.
