Real happy with this long run. Got a late start at 9:30 this morning, but the heat wasn't too bad. This was a no-fuel run so I went without breakfast except for a cup of coffee with a dash of whole milk (two hours before I ran). There were a few miles in the middle where I felt more tired than I should have, but I started feeling better around 13 and cruised home at a solid pace. Time for a few gallons of water...

Is there a reason why you train without fuel? I tried that early on when training for my last marathon, but stopped doing that after my 3rd bonked run...
