That 60 miles is for THE WEEK- not today! I figured I'd get caught up now! Threw in an easy 10 miler this morning in that windy 40 degree stuff. Nice to think we won't have to do that again until at least october! Thus wraps up a decent first full week on the bike: rode 5 days, total of 60 miles and kept it all around 15 mph. Lost 6 pounds total since beginning of last week- starting to feel it. Now for the warm weather.........

    Lots of time for summer but only 3 weeks til Rockport TT! Not looking for a miracle in that one, anything in the 41 minute range would be great at this point!
