    What a day for riding! 9am - perfect weather. Tackled the nemesis (Barnestown Road hill) and won! Legs are coming back. Feeling 42ish for the TT.....

      I always find it odd that to increase my speed by what only seems to be a small amount take so much more energy, too. But I do like the nickname.

    44:30 for the 20K loop. Would like to say it was only 70% effort but my legs say otherwise! Good baseline for where I'm at.

    Felt OK- needed to adjust the Look cleats after. New seat & stem making better geometry, especially on climbs. 20 mph wind....Ready for real ride tomorrow.
