I was experiencing bad heel pain yesterday and decided to take a rest day. Also, skipped speedwork today. No pain today, which is awesome!!! I was getting really worried that PF was going to take me down. Think it was just a freak thing. Really, really happy :)

NOOOOOOO, I hate PF and have just recently started to beat it. Smart to take a rest day to keep things under control. Nice 7 Jared.

That's great news that the heel pain disappeared as quickly as it came. Needless to say, keep an eye on it, though! PF just flat-out sucks, but it sounds like you're well aware of that... Nice moderately paced miles today.

Nice run today, Jared! Hopefully, the PF issue was a one-off thing. I've been dealing with that for a couple of months now - you do not want that to sneak up on you. No fun!
@Chuck R. - any tips for getting rid of it? I've been trying various things. It's not getting worse but not getting better. Thinking I'll just take a break after GT-IS.
