Slept in, but this resulted in a much warmer start. Really tough running today. 0.75 miles wu, 5 x (800m + 400m recover), 0.5 cu. Target for 800s: 2:52. Splits: 2:46.29 (+5.71), 2:46.9 (+5.1), 2:50.04 (+1.96), 2:52.8 (-0.8), 2:47.59 (+4.41). Happy 4th DM friends!
