    Frigid today! A bunch of ice and snow to fight, but the new shoes performed brilliantly. The splits on my last 3 miles, 7:06, 7:24, and 7:20.

    The course was absolutely brutal, nearly 900 ft. of ups and downs with a hilly 2 mile stretch in slush and mud. Pretty good time though

      Thanks. Just signed up for a half in utah in early may. A little lower elevation and an easy course so I'm looking forward to seeing how it will go.

    I think the tendinitis is not going to be an issue going forward. Gonna keep all of my runs under 5 miles though.

    Getting back into the swing of things while dealing with tendinitis in my left knee. Kissing the long runs goodbye, can't say I'll miss them though.
