VFF's pinched - feet are a little swollen from all the sudden miles. Still feel great, though. To chiro and to trolley. Sat out Track Club so Mike could run instead.

It was crazy - one adjustment and the problem went away. If I'd been paying more attention earlier I probably would have figured it out. The chiro got it wrong, but listened when I said I thought it was my psoas and tried releasing it. Worked right away and now I am just building back from lost fitness. Thanks!

Sounds fun! Did you learn much? I'm going to Jason R's clinic in Shepherdstown WV next week and I'm really excited about getting input on my running. I've never run with a BF runner or had my form critiqued.
