I'm tired this whole week - so I took it easy with this workout, too.
Did some strength training after the bike to prevent any ITB issues. so far so good.

Nice ride! Do you take iron? I found that has given me some extra energy. It could also be your cycle...I've started recording mine the last few months...it's crazy how it impacts your workouts but nice to know there's a reason! :)

Don't listen to Lynn. Her rest day is an easy run up to the U.P. and back. Tomorrow you and Jonathan will take a relaxing evening stroll to a sidewalk cafe in Evanston. After 2+ bottles of wine, you'll stagger home to post your stroll/stagger miles. Lace up or clip-in on Saturday.

actually I can check that off already - we've been to Ravinia on Wednesday: seeing the Blues Brothers and had said wine - plenty of it!
