      Wow! Awesome HR training run tonight. Hills go push the HR a bit, but the more you do them the easier they get (says the girl who isn't supposed to run them and runs them anyway). I can't wait to see your reaction to the zombie runs!

      I've heard you can run with a cold, but if you have chest symptoms (coughing, wheezing) to stop. Good job!
