      compression sleeves for the calves will do wonders for recovery after the run...and maybe submersion icing (deep bowl of ice, deposit foot, scream like crazy, sit 10 min, feel awesome and rock the world the rest of the week). I know that when my injuries start getting bad I have to do a ton of stretching, some rolling pin massaging, some deep massaging, and then ice like crazy - and that's everyday. Hopefully something will help you through. Injuries are no fun.

      I have the compression knee socks, love them but still get ankle pain...I have not been brave enough to try the submersion but I have iced but not every day so maybe need to. I will try the submersion and see. I have been bad in the past at stretching but have been really good this training. I have the fancy roller so guess I should use it right lol. Thank you for all your help!

    Really good! I have been running with my hubby at his pace so my HR stays around 130-135 the whole time. Great run I love running!
