Last night I literally bounced at Rebounderz (trampolines..grown up birthday party..great workout! So fun) Then celebrated some more w/ plenty of libations. Woke up this morning wanting to puke. Got there late this morning. Had no warm up so I warmed up in the first few miles. Really gorgeous day. Stopped feeling pukey at mi 3 ish. Hip stopped hurting. Ended up doing a relaxed tempo. Great training run. Glad I didn't punk out like I'd planned.Grabbed a bunch of food. Got ride back to start from Jonathon. Awesome.

    Thanks! Sometimes, you just can't take racing so seriously. You're out there with friends on a beautiful day after having a blast the night before, run of the toxins the first few miles then enjoy the rest of the run!
