Track 6 mi

2 mi warm up. 1 x mi at 7:25, 800 at 3:25 (almost threw up after that one), 400 at 1:35, 400 at, 1:37, 800 at 3:45 then just didn't have it in me to do that last mile repeat. Evening run followed by next morning intervals fried up my legs. Might need a shake out run later. Wore my old school timex. Much easier to keep track of intervals.
