Lower body. Strong legs!

My back and neck is extremely sore today. Not sure if it's the workout yesterday or from the chiropractor and massage therapist I saw a couple days ago. Ouch! Doesn't really feel like and injury, just stiff muscles. So, I stretched out my neck and back in between my handy leg press and leaf lifts. I managed 6 sets of 30 on the press and 4 sets of 20 on the donkey kicks and side lifts. Hoping for better morning tomorrow!
