      Congrats on finishing 8 weeks of a very challenging program! You have done great and I give you a lot of credit for finding time to do this with a family and other obligations. You rock!

      It is not easy to balance you-life with a baby (let alone multiple children on top of that!). If there are other things you love to do with that time (spinning and running) well, you should do what you really love! :) Good luck in the next phase!

      Great job! Nice almost 7K! (I addressed my blister problem by wearing Injinji socks [aka: toe socks]... that with properly fitted shoes and I stopped getting blisters even up to a few of the half marathon training runs I used to do.)

    It was very windy today. I used up all my energy running against the wind. Felt like I had wings coming back, though. Euphoric !

      I'm doing good. Yesterday my neck, shoulder and arm got hurt somehow during the workout. I couldn't lift my arm without pain. I was worried initially so I foam rolled the area right away. Took a hot shower to loosen the muscles and then massaged with my homemade deep tissue oil. Almost completely recovered today!!
