    Walk between activities. Make sure and check the sign, oh, and know what day it is before you step on the track. There was nearly a head on collision simply because some guy thought it was Tuesday.

      Nice work! I'm glad to see 15.8 miles on your watch since my garmin actually hit 16 miles. I must have been stumbling side to side..

      Kay-Ya I was not amused when I realized I still had a quarter mile plus when my watch showed 15.5. Wasnt mad that I thought the course was wrong, I had just been counting down by the tenth of a mile for the last couple miles. I was SO done! Stumbling or not, you did great!

    Just a couple miles before we head out of town to my husband's work picnic at Tuttle Creek. I was dehydrated from spending a couple hours at the NW Y pool last night. Air is thick out there!

    Started before 9am but it is already pretty warm out. Last mile was my fastest by almost a minute-had to get home before the baby sitter had to leave. Good to know I had it in me.
