    Just a couple miles before we head out of town to my husband's work picnic at Tuttle Creek. I was dehydrated from spending a couple hours at the NW Y pool last night. Air is thick out there!

    Started before 9am but it is already pretty warm out. Last mile was my fastest by almost a minute-had to get home before the baby sitter had to leave. Good to know I had it in me.

    Walked most of the 5th mile because i had chest pain. It went away, probably just swallowed air gulping my powerade. Better safe than sorry. Anyway, had a decent pace other than that mile.

      I bought Rodney Yee's Power Yoga collection from Amazon $10. It has 3 routines and one is conditioning for athletes. I do it at home and can shorten them if I need to since 30 mins is better than none.
