    I LOOOOOVE my Garmin! SO fun! :D

    And holy crap... I had no idea I could run that fast. I know my long runs are supposed to be slow... but I felt great and just ran at a comfortable pace.

      Janet, I just got a Garmin for Christmas. I keep joking that it is my new BFF (I'm not really joking that much)! It is amazing!!! I am very excited about how it will improve my training. Very nice pace!!!

    I think running the beach is faster than the train tracks... easier footing I guess! This was a fast pace for me considering the hill slowed me down. :D

    Felt good... I haven't run since last Tuesday so my legs were pretty fresh. Bates hill gets easier each time - I love that.

    Stopped to take off shirt, then stretch before hill, and at top of hill. So pace was faster than 11:00 :)
