    Time estimate. Rode with the coach to places I've never seen by bike. Also, on the TT bike and managed to get in aero! Its been a major balance challenge for me. Followed by a run.

      Its that aggressive looking position where forearms are down on aero bars and torso is forward over front wheel. I've struggled getting into it. Like learning to ride a bike all over again. But once in aero we were going 22mph on a flat stretch and the effort only felt moderate. Upright on my road bike I can only hit 22mph going downhill!
