      I know nothing about swimming, but with any bad or tough workout, don't let it get the best of you. Keep your head up and move on and know that you have put in a good training cycle and will be successful!

      You are so right Isaac! I missed two workouts feeling all down about this swim when I should have let it fuel me to work harder. I'll be at that same spot on the river on Thursday. Here's hoping its better. Lord knows it couldn't get much worse!

      River swimming is no joke. There's always gonna be a current in one of two directions! Unless you're just swimming across I suppose, but even then you would have the current pushing you aside! How is the current there?
