    Bit sluggish, some hip aggravation, but feel great, no pain now. Used foam roller and worked Glutes after run.

    Done resting. Surprised I could still run after more than a month off. Expected to be in worse shape. ITB is a tad painful, but I am going to massage the heck out of it and take a muscle relaxant.

    My leg is totally messed up now...sigh :( Ah well, I am sure it will get better soon enough. Need to do my foam rolling!
