  1. RUN
good Olivers battery sign & back 4.04 mi 00:38 09:22 pace

Ran with Ed, Andy and Alan (first mile but he was going at a faster pace). Nice to be faster than yesterday and was probably driven on by running with others.

  2. RUN
good Olivers battery sign & back 4.01 mi 00:40 09:51 pace

First 2 miles was hard but Al kept me motivated and we worked on technique, the return leg we tried to introduce some intevals.

  8. RUN
    alright Hursley 2.39 mi 00:23 09:44 pace

Aching still from gym sessions in the week so was nice to have a forced slower run with Tim, Dale and Alan. When the group decided to turn around I thought I'd have a bit of a sprint ahead an... read more

  9. RUN
alright Fair Oak towards Hedge End 4 ... 3.6 mi 00:36 10:01 pace

Not a great run, really struggled with the breathing and the pace was slow for this run which is not at all hilly

  10. RUN
blah Farley Mount 10k loop 10 km 01:06 10:37 pace

Couldn't make it up the long steep hill without stopping for a walk, then had to stop and walk on 3 other occasions, doesn't leave with me with much confidence for both the 10k race in 2 ... read more

  11. RUN
    good Gym 2 km 00:10:00 08:02 pace

Within a 2 hr gym workout I did 2 lots of 1k at 5min pace. Legs were quite tired after other gym exercises hence doing it in 2 sessions. Still with the aim of completing a 5k in 25 mins this year

  12. RUN
good Olivers battery sign & back 4.01 mi 00:39 09:43 pace

    Wet course

  14. RUN
good Huddersfield parkrun 5 km 00:28 08:56 pace

A nice fast(ish) course, still suffering from a running nose whenever I run but pushed to get a decent time. Happy with the time considering I've been not 100% and training is low.

  15. RUN
    good Gym 2.5 km 00:12:30 08:02 pace

Want to try get 5k in 25 mins before the end of 2013. This was my first attempt, but the pace at 12km/hr and set the distance to 2.5k. Towards the end it was getting tricky and if I wasn't o... read more

  17. RUN
    good gym 1 km 00:05:15 08:26 pace

  18. RUN
    good Gym 2 km 00:11:15 09:03 pace

Started doing a lot more gym training so the running has decreased but trying after each session to cover at least a mile and at a faster than usual pace. At 9 mins I cranked up the pace so I was ... read more

alright Eastleigh parkrun (fleming park) 5 km 00:31 09:53 pace

Faster than last week but still way off my best pace even on this course although I expect to be a bit slower given the muddy terrain.
